Join resident forager Amanda Spinosa for another round of Spring Foraging for Beginners!
Amanda will be teaching us about a selection of spring plants and mushrooms that are easily accessible, as well as easy to identify and cook with. This will be part one of two, followed by an intermediate foraging call for those who already know the basics. Amanda is excited to share with you the foods that Mother Nature has to offer.
