Building Grief & Death Positivity Into Your Practice w/ Jacqui

As the darker half of the year approaches, let’s discuss practical ways to consider bringing death positivity and grieving into our everyday lives. We’ll cover some death positivity basics as outlined by the order of the good death (eco-friendly end of life resources, etc.). We’ll touch on botanical funerary and memorial traditions, and our experiences of ecological grief with ideas for practices to incorporate that might address eco-grief experiences. Questions like “is taking care of plants the most death positive hobby?” to “how do I throw a living funeral party?” will be posed, with an interactive (optional, of course!) discussion based on card draws from the game Morbid Curiosity/Memento Mori.
