This session will be an introduction to the practice and method of active meditation, commonly called Breath Work. Alligning this meeting with this years Blue Moon, we will discuss different breath techniques and sit for a 25 minutes guided practice with a certified facilitator @ gendrful. This is an open session, for all experiance levels. You are invited to bring a journal and tune in from a comfortable location, whether that be a couch, comfy chair, yoga matt, or your own bed.
